For longer visits
Longer visits such as sleepovers are charged at a lower rate.
Minimum per month
Small services pay a flat £75 a month until their care hours pass that amount.
Setup fee
There is no setup fee. If you would like help getting started, setup assistance is charged by the time it takes.

One price covers all of Plait
There are no modules to buy separately and no premium tier.
Questions about pricing
Do you charge per user?
No. Office staff, care workers, clients and families can all use Plait at no extra cost.
Are any features charged as extras?
No. Every feature of Plait is included in the price per care hour.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum charge is £75 a month.
Are sleepovers charged at 15p an hour?
No. Longer visits such as sleepovers are discounted, so 15p is the most you will pay for any care hour.
Is there a setup fee?
No. If you would like help moving your data across and training your team, we offer setup assistance. It is charged by the time it takes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract, so you can pay month by month. If you pay for several months at a time, discounts are available. We can explain these in your demo.
