We are a small, specialist team. You won't be one of thousands of customers to a company answering to investors.
We know homecare from the inside
Our founder, Mark Chapman, has built software for social care since 1987. He also co-managed a domiciliary care provider for several years, so Plait is designed around how a homecare office really works.
Mark has founded and led two successful care technology businesses, one of which featured in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 in consecutive years. He was made a Fellow of the RSA in 2008.
Not for profit, and no investors
ReallyCare is a community interest company and a certified social enterprise. We have no investors who need a return, so we never have to put their interests before yours.
- Our profits are reinvested in Plait or donated to organisations in the care sector
- So far we have donated to a local dementia charity
- Our care planning features were developed with a Catalyst grant from the RSA
